Things I’ve learned recently.

·         Spending the last of your money on booze rather than food is sometimes a wiser investment

·         Oil paint takes ages to dry. The time it takes is directly proportional to the desire with which you want to continue the painting.

·         The big people who lived outside Fraggle Rock were called Gorgs. I’ve learned this from the internet repeatedly yet I forget every time. I know it is because it is a completely useless piece of information but I'm convinced that one day it will be vitally important to me. ‘Look maw, I caught a fwaggle!’

·         The only domesticated animal not mentioned in the bible are cats. I think cats deliberately had themselves omitted. I intend to investigate further.

·         When a can of spray paint is blocked do not look into the little hole  to see where the blockage is just as you are pressing down on the nozzle.

·         When Flea draws blood from my hand it means she loves me. It does. It does. It does!
